What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cheques (with guarantee card) and all major credit & debit cards at our Wembley site and Cash only at our Queensway venue.
I'm not in your local area and cant arrange to get to you, how can I get my faulty screen repaired?
Give us call, we can arrange for our courier to collect on a day that suits you.
How quickly can you repair my screen?
There are many different screens on the market so giving a definitive answer here would not be realistic. However we usually carry out an inspection/diagnosis within 24 hours of receiving a screen and are therefore able to give you a realistic turn around time pretty quickly; depending on the availability of any spare parts that may be required through our suppliers. We try to keep our customers as well informed as possible throughout the process and can be contacted by phone or email for an update at any time during our opening hours.
